My Story
Who are you?
Do you know the answer to that question? I don't mean your name, what you do, or the people you have in your life. I mean, who are you really? Who are you at your soul level?
Let me tell you who i am, but not my name or what i do. At my soul level. I am everything. I am light and love, I am purpose and i am an incredible force. I live with a profound sense of certainly, peace and fulfillment.
I am also human so i am not all of those things all of the time, I struggle, I have pain and fear just like everyone else. Just like you. Do you see how you are all of things too? That you are pure light, an incredible force? Do you live with a profound sense of peace and fulfillment? I guess maybe not quite, given you are here reading this page.
Now that is what i do, I give all of me to empower you to stand in your own power. To feel all of these things from your own unique place of being you.
It wasn't always like that for me either, like most people I know what the darkest of days looks like, I understand the pain of loss and the exhaustion of endless days. I have lived through violence, abuse and navigated through the dark parts of humanity.
When i was given the gift of my daughter, i thought things would change for the better and in many ways they did. But what actually happened was years of suppressed trauma crashing to the surface to the point i drowned in it. A breakdown and C-PTSD followed which seemed impossible to get out of. I had two choices; let it consume me and ultimately my daughter. Or fight. Fight when i thought i had absolutely nothing left to give. I of course chose her. I chose to fight for her but most importantly i chose to fight for me. Despite everything people had taken away from me, despite being made a victim over and over again, I chose to fight for the me i knew was in there somewhere. So began my journey on healing, I learned how to re-parent my inner child and repair the damage done since my birth. It was around the time I had my first spiritual awakening and from there, absolutely nothing could stop me. Not even me.
Even though i now live in freedom, abundance and peace, I couldn't just stop there and so I trained to help others do the same. To help others fight for themselves, even if they cannot see who that is right now.
